The Land of Oz

Dear Addie,

Kansas is an amazing landscape. It is mostly flat in the south western part of the state---slightly rolling hills and flat land as far as the eye can see.

Much of the land is used for farming---Cattle grazing, crop production for both animal feed and human food consumption, command the landscape.
